Exfoliating particles derived from solidified organic silica extracted from the nodes of specific bamboo stems. Bamboo exfoliant removes horny cells accumulated on the surface of the skin. It helps refine skin texture and brighten skin tone. Like many plant extracts, research has shown that it is a source of natural antioxidants and skin-soothing properties.

Caprylic/capric triglyceride
Derived from coconut oil and glycerin, it is considered an excellent emollient and regenerating ingredient for the skin. It is present in cosmetics because of its mixture of fatty acids that the skin can use to replenish its surface and resist moisture loss. Caprylic/capric triglyceride, its main role is to hydrate and replenish the skin.

Retinyl palmitate
A combination of retinol (pure vitamin A) and palmitic acid, a fatty acid. Research has shown that it is an effective antioxidant when applied to the skin. You may be surprised to learn that retinyl palmitate is naturally found in our skin, where it acts as an antioxidant, including helping to protect the skin from UV exposure, although it does not replace the need for sunscreen.

USE

Cleanse your face morning and/or evening by applying a small amount of gentle scrub to your hands and massage into damp skin to remove dead cells. Leave on for one minute. Rinse with cold water in the morning and lukewarm water in the evening. Our exfoliating face scrub is suitable for daily use on all skin types. For best results, combine this scrub with our other products, such as our all-in-one face cream.
