Niacinamide
Niacinamide (also known as vitamin B3 or nicotinamide) is a unique skin repair ingredient that offers a multitude of benefits to the skin. It is best known for its ability to help visibly reduce enlarged pores and improve uneven/dull skin tone. It also strengthens a weakened skin barrier. One of the benefits of niacinamide’s antioxidant power is that it can help visibly repair damage caused by UV light while offsetting other sources of environmental stress (including the negative impact of air pollutants).

Moringa oleifera
The moringa tree, also known as the “miracle tree,” is a versatile tree. Extracted from its seeds, moringa oil contains several antioxidants, including zeatin, quercetin, and vitamins A, C, and E. The oil is also a very good source of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid that can replenish skin and help protect it from moisture loss. Moringa seed oil contains amino acids as well as plant sterols that can have a calming effect on the skin. In short, it’s one of the best vegetable oils for skin, and its monounsaturated fat content gives it a lighter, less greasy feel than highly saturated oils like coconut.

Aquaxyl
A hyaluronic acid booster. It optimizes water circulation in all layers of the skin. It helps limit water loss thanks to its barrier that strengthens in 24 hours. This barrier retains water thanks to its essential lipids. It can be added to facial and body care products with anti-aging and moisturizing indications.

Squalane
Extracted from olive oil, squalane is 100% plant-based. The ingredient is very similar to sebum, the protective oil created by the body itself. Therefore, when applied topically, squalane provides a superb protective barrier, preventing moisture loss and providing protection against environmental damage without leaving a significant feeling.

Urea
Urea is naturally produced by the skin and is part of the essential natural moisturizing factor (NMF) that regulates the skin’s moisture content. Urea is hygroscopic, meaning it is able to retain moisture in the outermost layer of the skin. It is also keratolytic, meaning it breaks down the bonds between dead skin cells and has anti-itch and antimicrobial properties. As such, it enhances natural exfoliation and soothes and smoothes the skin’s surface. As a substance naturally produced by the skin, urea is well tolerated by even the most sensitive skin types.

Sodium hyaluronate
Salt form of hyaluronic acid, a skin-regenerating ingredient; considered more effective for the skin than pure hyaluronic acid due to its greater compatibility.

Betaine
An amino acid of natural origin and fully biodegradable, approved by Ecocert, obtained from sugar beet molasses. It has revitalizing and moisturizing properties for the skin and improves the skin compatibility of surfactant mixtures. It reduces transepidermal water loss and gives the skin a soft feeling. A so-called Osmo-Protector to maintain the right moisture balance in the skin.
